For over 15 years, ETC has been under contract as the primary survival instruction for the US Coast Guard in Alaska. 
 
We have taught over 200 5-day Cold Weather / Cold Water "Stay Alive" courses. 
 
Locations
 
We conduct courses either in Sitka, Alaska or at a location of your choice.  We have conducted courses throughout the United States.
